This is how Eva Longoria slimmed down lately, and it’s a remarkably effective way to slash back on calories while maxing out the good stuff. The real Thinsters among us swear by steamed fish and veggies, a regime which is responsible for Victoria Beckham’s minuscule proportions. You may find it gets a trifle dull, day in day out. But how about fish week once a month? Or communing with your inner Catholic and having fish on Fridays? Put simply, don’t fear fish. But do be aware of government recommendations regarding fish consumption . Be aware, too, of Rick Stein’s quite brilliant recipe for steamed scallops with ginger, soy and sesame and salad onions.
