Tip 104 - use your mind not your belly

Each day, perhaps as you are flossing, visualise how you want to look. Keep the vision handy, a day-dream which will help you sail past the open door of the bakery, past the open arms of the dishy waiter bearing a wicker basket of warm foccacia, past the open foil of the Dairy Milk bar . . . You don't need to spend £300 on a hypno-dieting session, like Lily Allen, Drew Barrymore, Geri Halliwell and Sarah Fergusson are said to have done. But you can take a tip from their weight-loss endeavours. Use the power of your mind, re-programme your brain to change the way you behave around food. Awareness, people. That's all I'm asking.
