Barbara is a couples counsellor and supervisor with Relate and teaches creative writing part-time at Bath Spa University. Her previous publications include The Dating Game for London Weekend Television, Ulan Baator for Radio 4 and The Enemy Within, her best-selling book about the miners's strike, co-authored with Raphael Samuel and Guy Boanas.
